*Please note that this is an adult-exclusive retreat available to people 18 years of age and older.

Living in a generation where we are constantly receiving information from our surroundings, it can be hard to have a moment of silence. At times like this, it is especially important to reclaim your peace, which is why we created a Silent Retreat for attendees to get away from all noises.

Being in silence often gives us the chance to get to know ourselves and observe our body on a deeper level. After attending our Silent Retreat, you will realize that silence prompts your mind to speak louder.

What To Expect

Put down your phones together and communicate with the world attentively. Please do not disturb the environment, do not litter, do not maliciously attack others. Wear your most comfortable clothes and bring environmentally friendly tableware. Stay weird and stay unique.

Full schedule will be provided after booking is confirmed.

Yoga and Art Therapy Instructor: Coco

In this retreat, Coco will help attendees to be mindful of different parts of their bodies and train their minds to be peaceful at all times.

“Two of my worlds have recently come together in unexpected ways: my art and my yoga practice. My art is inspired by my reverence for nature and my admiration of the unique emotions that make us human. The focal points of my work feature the exploration of joy, grief, uncertainty, gratification and the search for meaning.

I urge my audience to reflect. I encourage them to become aware of their body, connect to their innermost feelings, and contemplate their identity within the community. I incorporate cultural and spiritual motifs in some of my work such as the ongoing Mandala series. I create art in the hopes of inspiring viewers to be the most authentic version of themselves, and to live their life with creativity.”

Mandala (Sanskrit: circle) art is an abstract design that is usually circular in form. Generally, we start drawing Mandala from the center point by using any shapes, forms or symbols we desire. In essence, mandalas represent the connection between our inner worlds and outer reality. We can design a mandala to symbolize a state of mind that we are currently in. They are great tools for meditation and increasing self-awareness. Cultures around the world use mandalas in their spiritual practices such as Tibetan Buddhism and Hinduism.

*This session will be held in Mandarin

Meditation Instructor: Jasmine

This is a chance to integrate and reflect, using journal prompts and intention-setting. Eye gazing is a special soul-to-soul experience of what it’s like to communicate without words.

In this retreat, Jasmine will be leading Journaling & Eye Gazing Meditation, Inner Child Guided Meditation, Ecstatic Dance, Bedtime Stretch & Meditation, and Morning Flow Yoga and Meditation. This is a whole journey that helps us meet our inner child in a nurturing environment.

As a child of a yoga-loving, unabashedly spiritual family, Jasmine attended her first yoga classes at the age of fourteen. She began practicing on her own accord, and in earnest, after struggling with depression and mental health in high school. After falling into another rough patch–a very dark night of the soul–while going to university in New York, she decided to pursue a path aligned with her purpose.

At twenty-one years old, she headed to Mysore, India, to study classical hatha and yoga philosophy, before completing her yoga teacher training at Radiantly Alive, Bali, the year after. Since then, her yoga teaching journey has evolved and grown across a few continents, in diverse environments, and finally, returned to its roots in Taipei.

“The yoga journey is, at this point, inextricable from who I am and why I am here, today. It is a part of me, yet there is so much more. It is a learning and a craft and a practice, yet–in it, there is something occurring, more than understanding.”Jasmine’s aim is to inspire a state of self-embodiment and radiate an accepting atmosphere. She is soft yet strong, lighthearted and prone to laughter, too. She loves creating a nurturing and nourishing ambience for the practice. This is achieved through her use of voice, sequencing, thoughtful playlists, and an awareness of our needs.
