Are we completely not allowed to talk in a Silent Retreat?

Yes, this is a fully silent journey. Participants will temporarily pause verbal communication throughout the retreat, allowing them to redirect their attention and awareness inward. However, there’s no need to worry—if you have any urgent needs, our professional Guidance Instructors and team members will be on-site to assist you. 😊


I’ve never practiced meditation or attended a mind-body retreat before. Is the Silent Retreat suitable for me?

Absolutely! Whether you’re a first-timer or have prior experience, our three-day, two-night or single-day Silent Retreat offers a unique opportunity for self-awareness and inner exploration. No matter your background, you’ll find your own meaningful experience on this journey.


Will the silent retreat feel uncomfortable?

At first, it might take some time to adjust since we’re used to communicating through words. However, as the journey progresses and you follow the guided experience, you’ll begin to feel a deep sense of inner peace and heightened focus. Many participants even find that it becomes more natural and liberating! 


What does the daily schedule look like?

The Silent Retreat includes a thoughtfully designed guided experience to help participants deepen self-awareness, find inner calm, and explore their true selves. Activities may include: guided meditation, art therapy, sound healing, darkness awareness practice, gentle yoga, and nature meditation.
