Silence is a focus on “non-verbal” communication. It allows us to experience true connection and exchange between the mind, body, and spirit. Through breathwork, mindfulness meditation, and physical expression, we explore silent communication and deep self-awareness, releasing inner emotions and engaging in meaningful dialogue with ourselves.
