Living in a world full of noise, a silent retreat that includes not only daily meditation, but also Art Expression, Five Senses Exploration, and Mantra for Joy and Peace can bring us a deep and authentic self transformation simply by giving ourselves some “me-time”.
Waking up early in the morning in a silent little village, we’ll experience some yoga sessions to start off the day. In the afternoon, simply immerse ourselves in peace, find balance of our lives and regain the connection with our mind and body. At night, enjoy the best vegetarian menu packed with seasonal ingredients. Don’t worry, the food is crazy delicious and amazing.

Much like how being worried can sometimes cause stomach aches, habits are the subconscious reflections that come from our inner selves. During this retreat, we'll understand how to make our minds and brains work together, and learn how to use our inner thoughts to make and change habits.
We'll explore our inner thoughts more deeply and practice the skill of getting rid of old habits by teaming up with our inner thoughts to swap out old habits for the power of positive change.
As our journey comes to an end, this transformative experience for spiritual well-being doesn't end here. In our group, we'll continue practicing being aware and changing ourselves. Together, we'll nurture a supportive community dedicated to ongoing growth and positive change.

In life, there are always people around us who help us realize our qualities and talents, giving us advice on the possibilities we can try in life.
However, those guidance might actually turn into chains that bind us into what the society expects of us and restrain us from following what we really want.
Join us in the community while you go on a journey of self-exploration.
Instructors will lead meditation and breathing practice to awaken our intuitions. WHile you’re In the forest, listen to the rhythm of nature, as you feel the blood flowing in our bodies.
We will be using the Human Design System of "Life Roles" and "Four Types" as a map for self-exploration and self-understanding. Through every observation, we can analyze the most suitable way for us to make decisions.
As the journey ends, we can still act according to our free will, but we will gain the courage to go for the choice that aligns better with ourselves.

Many times, our appearance reflects our mind, thoughts, diet, and lifestyle. In the exploration of the mind and body, how can we understand ourselves from the inside out and make positive changes from within?
During the two-day experience, try to explore everything with a non-judgmental and curious heart. Through the guidance of Reiki healing, you will learn to balance and cleanse your own energy and chakras, bringing your thoughts back to the present.
After calibrating your emotions, focus on understanding intuitive eating, reestablishing a healthy relationship between food and body, and letting go of labels imposed by our society. Then, engage in culinary lessons that allow you to experience the healing power of "eating" and savoring the peace that food brings.
At the end of the journey, enjoy yourself in the forest with your companions, close your eyes amidst the autumn trees, and feel the healing brought by nature and Reiki.

On the day of the Mid-Autumn Festival, let’s gather in a cozy cabin in Yangmingshan.
During the three-day retreat, we will explore hypnosis in two different ways, with everything happening under free will. There’s no need to worry about being influenced by others, just focus on letting our consciousness connect with our subconscious.
At the beginning of the journey, we embark on a path of mindfulness, seeking guidance from diverse perspectives. Here, we release rigid definitions and constraints, enabling our hearts to expand and warmly embrace the unknown.
Under the guidance and exploration of hypnosis, we will see our own stories when we open up our inner expansiveness and experience inner peace and joy from the inside out.
Next, through the guidance of chanting, we approach hypnosis in a different way. The healing sounds of the kalimba, Amazon shakers, guitar, and shamanic drum will help us fully relax, allowing our perceptual abilities and subconscious to awaken in the cool autumn forest.
