One thing that we have observed is that our outer looks can reflect our current mood, mindset and diet. Have you ever heard people say “You look so tired today, is everything okay recently?” or “ You look really happy today, did anything good happen?” 

Our outer self and inner self are correlated and can affect each other closely, which is why taking care of our inner self is so crucial. 

In this retreat, attendees will also be able to heal through the meals we prepare. By understanding the benefits of certain food and learning how to cook them properly, attendees can experience the meals to its fullest. 

Through the three days, we are excited to see our attendees heal from inside and out.

 

 

What To Expect

Put down your phones together and communicate with the world attentively. Please do not disturb the environment, do not litter, do not maliciously attack others. Wear your most comfortable clothes and bring environmentally friendly tableware. Stay weird and stay unique.

Mindfulness Meditation Instructor: Yoanna

In this retreat, Yoanna will lead us to find our inner peace through meditation. The key to finding inner peace is to understand who you are and be mindful about your emotions. In a world that is so fast paced, we all need to learn how to stay calm and move in our own pace.

Yoanna has experienced healing and growth through Breathing Techniques, Yoga, and Meditation Practices, and she hopes to bring that experience to our attendees too.

Analyzing Physiques and Understanding Dietary Therapy: Kai

In this retreat, Kai will share his knowledge on Chinese Medicine and hormones which helps us understand our physique and how to be aware of our body’s signals. By knowing what kind of diet fits us most, attendees can improve their health and reach balance. 

“After suffering from depression and experiencing what it’s like to be so close to death, I understood the true meaning of life.” 

Kai’s journey on exploring wellness is like an adventurous novel, going through multiple obstacles and finally reaching peace. He Kai now focuses on combining wellness to nutrition, physical training and the growth of mind to help people reach balance.

Located at the junction of Yangmingshan and Jinshan, a space that is specially designed for our mind, body and spirit. This modern building is surrounded by mountains and sea, which allows guests to feel embraced by nature. The quiet and comfortable environment allows you to have a place to rest and recharge your body and mind in the busy urban life.

Fei Fei is a “Food Artist” who likes the create cuisine with plant based food. She feels the plants not only through her five senses but also with her heart.  In her cuisine, Fei Fei combines what the body needs with what the plant can offer to prepare a meal that is perfect for you. Here at Soul Barn, we hope to also heal you through our designed meals.

    Reservations are taken on a first come first serve basis. Please click the “Book now“ button to fill in the reservation form, and wait patiently while we process your request. 

  2. REQUEST PROCESSED:

  3. PAYMENT PROCESSED:
    Please proceed with the payment at your earliest convenience no later than 3 days after you receive our bank account information. Without receiving your payment, the booking system will cancel your reservation automatically. Don’t forget to provide the last five digits of your bank account number and the total amount you have transferred. 

  4. RESERVATION COMPLETED:
    Please wait patiently as our team members contact you shortly. The reservation is completed once the payment is received.

Cancellation Policy 

Cancellations made 14 days or more in advance of the event date will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made between 10 - 13 days of the event will receive a 40% refund. Cancellations made between 3 - 9 days of the event will receive a 10% refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours are non-refundable unless there’s an emergency. However, the booking can be transferred to a different person if you’re unable to attend.

If cancellation is needed due to the pandemic.

Announced Level Three: Event will be canceled and there will be a full refund.

Announced Level two: Event will continue and there will be partial refund. We will also follow the following procedure according to the government:

  1. Wear masks indoor at all times

  2. Masks can be neglected on occasions like “eating and drinking”.

  3. Record temperature, sanitize and manage STAFF’s health condition.
