We let go of inner tension, embrace each inspiration, receive the purification from crystals, and freely express various imaginations and creativity. We enter a state of flow with no external judgment, leaving us united with our present creation.

Then, we embark on an encounter with art and mindfulness: the finesse of the artwork is not the focal point; what matters is the focus and breakthrough of self-imposed limitations during the creative process. As the sun sets behind the distant mountains, we will don our eye masks and taste a series of private chef dishes in the dim light.

Living in a world full of noise, a silent retreat that includes not only daily meditation, but also Art Expression, Five Senses Exploration, and Mantra for Joy and Peace can bring us a deep and authentic self transformation simply by giving ourselves some “me-time”.

Waking up early in the morning in a silent little village, we’ll experience some yoga sessions to start off the day. In the afternoon, simply immerse ourselves in peace, find balance of our lives and regain the connection with our mind and body. At night, enjoy the best vegetarian menu packed with seasonal ingredients. Don’t worry, the food is crazy delicious and amazing.
