We invite you to join our Silent Retreats, and enjoy a journey with just you and your mind.
What To Expect
Put down your phones together and communicate with the world attentively. Please do not disturb the environment, do not litter, do not maliciously attack others. Wear your most comfortable clothes and bring environmentally friendly tableware. Stay weird and stay unique.

Yoga Instructor: Rob
In this retreat, Rob will be leading Pranayama Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Feldenkrais, and Calming Movement. Through each practice, we will be able to learn how to control our breath and body movement. These methods can then be applied into our daily lives to help us stay peaceful and balanced.

Rob has been a certified movement teacher for twenty years and uses yoga, Pilates, strength training, functional movement patterns and Feldenkrais to help people become more symmetrical and balanced while being more mobile. He also helps people discover how to be more in touch with their unconscious and their bodies through in-depth feeling and sensitivity training.

Meditation Instructor: Gina
In this retreat, Gina will be leading “Body Scan Guided Meditation”, “Ecstatic Dance”, “Walking Meditation” and “Mantra Chanting” that will train us to be mindful of our five senses. Through each step, we will put our body back to its original state and experience every detail behind it.

Gina is a yoga instructor who has regained her confidence and belief through the journey of self discovery. She believes that once you learn to listen to your true voice, everything in the universe will come together and help you meet your true self.

A Nanyang styled accommodation located in Yilan is surrounded by mountains and plains. As you look out your window, the view of nature will heal our souls just simply by its beauty.

PAYMENT PROCESSED:
Please proceed with the payment at your earliest convenience no later than 3 days after you receive our bank account information. Without receiving your payment, the booking system will cancel your reservation automatically. Don’t forget to provide the last five digits of your bank account number and the total amount you have transferred.RESERVATION COMPLETED:

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 14 days or more in advance of the event date will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made between 10 - 13 days of the event will receive a 40% refund. Cancellations made between 3 - 9 days of the event will receive a 10% refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours are non-refundable unless there’s an emergency. However, the booking can be transferred to a different person if you’re unable to attend.
If cancellation is needed due to the pandemic.
Announced Level Three: Event will be canceled and there will be a full refund.
Announced Level two: Event will continue and there will be partial refund. We will also follow the following procedure according to the government:

Masks can be neglected on occasions like “eating and drinking”.
Record temperature, sanitize and manage STAFF’s health condition.
