Eastern and Western Approaches to Healing : Exploring Energy Field and Qi
Have you ever thought about understanding Qi through the Eastern way of healing, and understanding energy field from the Western way of healing?
As we go into the beginning of Spring, join us on a retreat that combines Eastern and Western ways of healing.
Through the Western way, attendees will learn how to balance their Chakras and allow energy to flow with breathing and meditation practices.
On the Eastern Side, attendees will understand the Five Elements and how Qi changes as we control our sight, hearing and even color change. In the basic Taichi and Qi session, attendees will practice regulating their own Qi to reach self-healing and restoration.
In this retreat, we can get a well rounded idea of self-restoration through two perspectives of the East and West. Through the knowledge from both sides, we = can apply them into their daily lives and regain their balances.

Reconnect and Reborn: Discover Your Inner Child
When we were young, it felt like the whole world was waiting for us to explore. However, the older we get, we seem more reluctant and afraid to try new things.
In this new year, give yourself a chance to go on a trip to discover your five senses and embrace your inner child.
