"I’ve always wanted to experience hypnosis, but does that mean someone else will control me?”
On the day of the Mid-Autumn Festival, let’s gather in a cozy cabin in Yangmingshan.
During the three-day retreat, we will explore hypnosis in two different ways, with everything happening under free will. There’s no need to worry about being influenced by others, just focus on letting our consciousness connect with our subconscious.
At the beginning of the journey, we embark on a path of mindfulness, seeking guidance from diverse perspectives. Here, we release rigid definitions and constraints, enabling our hearts to expand and warmly embrace the unknown.
Under the guidance and exploration of hypnosis, we will see our own stories when we open up our inner expansiveness and experience inner peace and joy from the inside out.
Next, through the guidance of chanting, we approach hypnosis in a different way. The healing sounds of the kalimba, Amazon shakers, guitar, and shamanic drum will help us fully relax, allowing our perceptual abilities and subconscious to awaken in the cool autumn forest.
No matter where we come from or whether you have any prior experience in hypnosis, you can approach it from a new perspective. Together, we can enjoy a journey through the subconscious, and discover a deeper connection with the essence of who we are.
The Path of Self-Discovery: Ayurveda and Eye Yoga
In this retreat, embrace yourself in the beauty of nature and the serenity of art.
Slowly stretch your bodies, while reminding yourself to be mindful of every step. Release the pressure on your eyes through eye yoga, and feel your body back in balance.
Attendees will also analyze their body type, daily habits and oil massage through different ways of Ayurveda.

Eastern and Western Approaches to Healing : Exploring Energy Field and Qi
Have you ever thought about understanding Qi through the Eastern way of healing, and understanding energy field from the Western way of healing?
As we go into the beginning of Spring, join us on a retreat that combines Eastern and Western ways of healing.
Through the Western way, attendees will learn how to balance their Chakras and allow energy to flow with breathing and meditation practices.
On the Eastern Side, attendees will understand the Five Elements and how Qi changes as we control our sight, hearing and even color change. In the basic Taichi and Qi session, attendees will practice regulating their own Qi to reach self-healing and restoration.
In this retreat, we can get a well rounded idea of self-restoration through two perspectives of the East and West. Through the knowledge from both sides, we = can apply them into their daily lives and regain their balances.
