Cleaning and Care
We recommend lightly spraying some water on the yoga mat and wiping it with a clean towel after usage. Keep in a dry and well ventilated environment.
Avoid exposure to direct sunlight or scrubbing with abrasive tools.
Stay Grounded - Thick Exercise Mat will crease when rolled up - this is normal and it will return to its original shape after a few minutes.

If you prefer to personally collect the item, we are more than happy to accommodate your request. The pickup location is situated in Muzha, Taipei City. Please message us for the precise address.
Additionally, for your convenience, if you have already registered for a retreat, you have the option to collect the item directly from the event venue too!

Our team will provide our bank account information as soon as we receive your message. Please proceed with the payment at your earliest convenience no later than 3 days after you receive our bank account information. Without receiving your payment, the booking system will cancel your reservation automatically. Reservations are taken on a first come first serve basis, and they do get sold up really quickly.

Return Policy
Soul Barn will provide a 7-day grace period for all products sold on the official Soul Barn website. Please contact official LINE @soulbarn if returns are needed. For more information, please see shop policy.
After your return request has been received, Soul Barn will notify you of the return procedure and begin inspection of the returned product.
After the return has been approved, Soul Barn will confirm the refund details with you.
Product Information
Due to hygiene purposes, products are not liable for returns if the packaging has been opened, except for the outer cardboard packaging.
As of now, returns and exchanges are only available for defective products or wrong shipments.
Please ensure the product is in the condition you purchased with all other contents in the packaging (including but not limited to gifts or accessories) when returning.
