*Holistic Retreats that offer a wide range of workshops with a holistic wellness approach, for example, Reiki, Xi-Gong, Ceramics, Sound Healing, Tea Ceremony and so on. Holistic Wellness emphasizes more on the connection with yourself.

*The retreat will proceed with a minimum of 5 attendees. If there are fewer than 5 attendees, we will notify you and issue a full refund one week before the retreat starts.

Let yourself immerse in tranquility and allow your body and mind to be cleansed and recharged in absolute silence on the summer time of this year.

In these three days of cutting off communication with the world, you will engage in deep meditation, gentle stretching, and peaceful chanting. Let the land, forest and air help you relax your brain and soul.

Sometimes connections can happen without the use of words. Through every eye gaze, guide each other to explore the world that is seen through our own eyes.

On our final night together, we will sit down and practice sharing our experience. This journey of purifying the body, mind, and soul allows us to better understand the importance of expression. While you learn the technique of expression, you are ready to embrace daily life with a calm body and mind.

Silent Artistic Expression: Gina

In this retreat, Gina will guide us from silence into the world of sound. Together with our companions, we will immerse ourselves in silent companionship, exploring new perspectives and opening up the space within our hearts. In the world of sound, let your bodies move freely to the chants, bringing your mind back to the present.

In the realm of sound, we will slowly listen to the natural rhythms of our bodies. Through chanting, we will awaken our ears and throats, loosening the constraints within and bringing awareness back to the present moment.

“Follow your heart and you’ll realize that everything is connected.”

Gina has received her yoga qualification in places including Taiwan, Thailand and Nepal.

In her experience, she has felt unity with the universe by yoga, meditation, chanting and self observation and has also found a connection with her inner self that she has never felt before as a kid.

Gina believes that listening closely to your heart, and observing every movement can help you gain a better understanding of yourself.

Peaceful Practice Guidance Instructor: Neo

In this retreat, Neo will guide us on ways to help us practice staying calm and peaceful in our daily life.

"Once we know the system of energy flow, it will help us stay at ease."

Neo is a certified hypnotherapist and a master practitioner and trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, who has also practiced countless energy and healing modalities from Reiki, Seichim Sekhem, Theta healing, Swedish and acupressure massage, emotional freedom technique, kinesiology, pendulum clearing, astrology, tarot, and aura healing.

With an intense passion, Neo has knowledge on different mind-body topics that help people get to know themselves and find balance in their lives through various techniques.

  3. PAYMENT PROCESSED:
    Please proceed with the payment at your earliest convenience no later than 3 days after you receive our bank account information. Without receiving your payment, the booking system will cancel your reservation automatically. Don’t forget to provide the last five digits of your bank account number and the total amount you have transferred. 

  4. RESERVATION COMPLETED:
    Please wait patiently as our team members contact you shortly. The reservation is completed once the payment is received.

Cancellation Policy 

Cancellations made 14 days or more in advance of the event date will receive a 100% refund.

Cancellations made between 2 - 13 days of the event will receive a 70% refund.

Cancellations made within 2 days of the event will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made on the day of the event or during the event are non-refundable unless an emergency occurred and is provided with proof.

However, the booking can be transferred to a different person if you’re unable to attend.
