Our brain is not the only organ that retains memory, but every part of your body, including our muscles and skin. Every event and emotion you go through leaves deep marks within your cells. However, we often overlook the information that our bodies want to convey us.
During this winter, join us in our community to gently awaken, listen, and understand these memories. In a safe and nurturing space, start by awakening your tense body and cold limbs. Use a warm and active body to embark on a journey of self-discovery through guided exploration. Gradually delve inward, sorting through the inner voices, and allowing our thoughts to settle.
Then, in the process of touch, feel the sensations your body has experienced, collectively experiencing the depth of the present moment.
In the silver-gray winter, gently illuminate our awareness, body, and the space we inhabit. In a tranquil corner of the city, as we listen to, understand, and heal each memory that has been overlooked, may we take with us some warmth through the entire winter season."

Deep Listening and Yoga Instructor: Yoanna
In this retreat, follow Yoanna’s way as you learn to relax, breathe and start the energy flow in your body.
Once we open up our five senses, we will start deep listening as we allow our inner voices to be heard.
“In a world that is so fast paced, we all need to learn how to stay calm and move at our own pace.”
Yoanna has experienced healing and growth through Breathing Techniques, Yoga, and Meditation Practices, and she hopes to bring that experience to our attendees too.

Nestled in the alleys of Muzha, this local restaurant and wine bar is home to a passionate team dedicated to cooking with the freshest, most delightful ingredients. The chefs prepare each dish with care, preserving the natural flavors of the ingredients while enhancing them with a rich array of seasonings. The result is a series of delicious international dishes served before us, satisfying both our heart and palate, leaving us with wonderful memories.

PAYMENT PROCESSED:
Please proceed with the payment at your earliest convenience no later than 3 days after you receive our bank account information. Without receiving your payment, the booking system will cancel your reservation automatically. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 14 days or more in advance of the event date will receive a 100% refund.
Cancellations made between 2 - 13 days of the event will receive a 70% refund.
Cancellations made within 2 days of the event will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made on the day of the event or during the event are non-refundable unless an emergency occurred and is provided with proof.
However, the booking can be transferred to a different person if you’re unable to attend.
