Sensory Meditation and Mindful Eating: Jessica

On a Thanksgiving retreat, Jessica will lead us through a variety of progressive and mindful exercises, guiding us to experience the power of gratitude.

Jessica is a Columbia University-trained spiritual psychology and maternal wellbeing educator, certified meditation coach, an intuitive guide, and mindful mama to two spirited boys!

As a global citizen and Asian American, Jessica combines her Eastern roots and Western academic training to offer culturally-sensitive meditation programs for individuals and groups.

As a modern woman and a mother, she implements a feminine and intuitive approach in her healing and teachings.

As a fellow human being, she shares practical yet powerful science-based tools that cultivate an aligned, connected and enriching experience in the here and now.

Mulled Wine Instructor: James

In this journey, James will share the background stories of mulled wine and guide everyone in crafting mulled red wine together. We will also taste the mulled red wine we create, and in the midst of a slightly tipsy evening, share our tasting notes, savoring a Thanksgiving holiday that belongs to all of us.

For James, wine has been an integral part of his life journey, from pursuing a Masters in Red Wine to becoming a dedicated wine specialist. He holds the belief that every wine possesses unique characteristics that set it apart from all others.

The chefs prepare each dish with care, preserving the natural flavors of the ingredients while enhancing them with a rich array of seasonings.     Reservations are taken on a first come first serve basis. Please click the “Book now“ button to fill in the reservation form, and wait patiently while we process your request.

  3. PAYMENT PROCESSED:
    Please proceed with the payment at your earliest convenience no later than 3 days after you receive our bank account information. Without receiving your payment, the booking system will cancel your reservation automatically. Don’t forget to provide the last five digits of your bank account number and the total amount you have transferred. 

  4. RESERVATION COMPLETED:
    Please wait patiently as our team members contact you shortly. The reservation is completed once the payment is received.

Cancellation Policy 

Cancellations made 14 days or more in advance of the event date will receive a 100% refund.

Cancellations made between 2 - 13 days of the event will receive a 70% refund.

Cancellations made within 2 days of the event will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made on the day of the event or during the event are non-refundable unless an emergency occurred and is provided with proof.

However, the booking can be transferred to a different person if you’re unable to attend.
