Language is so natural, yet it seems to make us overly reliant on it. We forget how to communicate with others and with ourselves through sincerity and genuine feeling.
We invite you to give yourself a gift of purity this early winter and explore your intentions. In the natural surroundings of Pingxi, there are no languages, no excessive distractions, not even identities, labels, or names, only "tranquility."
During this retreat, follow the guide's steps and try different ways of meditation: dynamic meditation, art therapy, morning walking meditation. Each guided session brings us back to tranquility without the need for words but through mindful awareness of your thoughts and heartbeat - allowing your body to release stress and anxiety.
We also practice adjusting breathing rhythms and vocalization, returning to the soft state of infancy when we first learned to speak, relearning and feeling "vocalization." Experience the collaboration between sound and body, practicing to bring yourself back to the current moment with every word spoken.
This retreat will bring some surprises: freedom has always been here, it just needs a timely reminder to return.

In the fast paced society we’re in, our head is constantly filled with ideas and thoughts, leaving us with no time for ourselves. We hope that through this retreat, you can finally enjoy a moment of simple peace.
The retreat is specially designed as a space of relaxation, where time is stopped here, and where attendees can let go of their names and any distraction.
Take a deep breath, watch the changing phases of the sun, and stretch out your whole body. As you adjust to your breathing, the pressure on your muscles slowly disappears.
In silence, allow yourself to observe your five senses and emotions. Let your energy and emotions flow through every part of your body, and feel your body regain its inner balance.
