There is always a place in our hearts that seems empty, unseen, and we long to be there with it.

In the midst of the summer, we would like to invite you back to Soul Barn, to the serene surroundings by the forest, to avoid the heat, meditate, and explore our lives together.

Starting with hearing, gradually relax your tense consciousness through the harmonious melody emitted from the gong. Observe the various chapters of our lives, reconcile with ourselves in every period, and continue to manifest.

Through breathing, learn to slow down every breath and mind, listen to your inner guidance and awaken the stable and peaceful energy within.

Finally, learn to let go of past attachments, understand the connection between positive thinking and manifestation, immerse ourselves in mindful creation through painting, and accept the blessings from the universe, the world, and nature.

The one-day journey of the community allows us to start again and return to a fulfilling state of mind and body."

In the fast paced society we’re in, our head is constantly filled with ideas and thoughts, leaving us with no time for ourselves. We hope that through this retreat, you can finally enjoy a moment of simple peace.

The retreat is specially designed as a space of relaxation, where time is stopped here, and where attendees can let go of their names and any distraction.

Take a deep breath, watch the changing phases of the sun, and stretch out your whole body. As you adjust to your breathing, the pressure on your muscles slowly disappears.

In silence, allow yourself to observe your five senses and emotions. Let your energy and emotions flow through every part of your body, and feel your body regain its inner balance.
