Next, we will explore the mysteries of the seven chakras. Each type of laughter acts as a key, unlocking the corresponding energy center within the body. From gentle smiles to hearty laughter, feel every cell in your body stretch out in joy, returning to a state of ultimate relaxation.
When we let go of all labels and restraints, it's as if we've returned to childhood, laughing freely without any reservations. Laughter echoes in the air, spreading from one person to another, creating a sea of joy.
Finally, we end with a laughter meditation and quiet reflection. Explore the landscape of your inner world with your own voice, bathing in pure frequencies. Gradually, everything returns to serenity.

An Autumn Rewilding Retreat: The Connection Between Sound, Art & Nature
The golden autumn days invite us to this artistic sanctuary in the northern coast. Hidden within the verdant mountains, sunlight filters through the leaves like gentle hands, caressing every inch of skin, bringing a touch of warmth to the senses.
Following the gentle guidance, we use the simplest, purest sounds to retune the rhythm of life. Immersed in the resonant waves of singing bowls, they wash away long-held anxiety and worries, restoring inner peace and balance.
As our senses gradually awaken, creativity flows like a spring. We let go of inner tension, embrace each inspiration, receive the purification from crystals, and freely express various imaginations and creativity. We enter a state of flow with no external judgment, leaving us united with our present creation.
Then, we embark on an encounter with art and mindfulness: the finesse of the artwork is not the focal point; what matters is the focus and breakthrough of self-imposed limitations during the creative process. When we release the fear of "not being able to paint '' and the standards of "good" art, crossing over self-imposed and external barriers, true healing quietly occurs.
Emotions dance with the strokes of the brush, following inner guidance, focusing on personal feelings rather than others' opinions. Each stroke is an exploration and acceptance of the self. Delving into the Subconscious:Group Hypnosis and Immersive Sound Journey
"I’ve always wanted to experience hypnosis, but does that mean someone else will control me?”
On the day of the Mid-Autumn Festival, let’s gather in a cozy cabin in Yangmingshan.
During the three-day retreat, we will explore hypnosis in two different ways, with everything happening under free will. There’s no need to worry about being influenced by others, just focus on letting our consciousness connect with our subconscious.
At the beginning of the journey, we embark on a path of mindfulness, seeking guidance from diverse perspectives. Here, we release rigid definitions and constraints, enabling our hearts to expand and warmly embrace the unknown.
Under the guidance and exploration of hypnosis, we will see our own stories when we open up our inner expansiveness and experience inner peace and joy from the inside out.
Next, through the guidance of chanting, we approach hypnosis in a different way. The healing sounds of the kalimba, Amazon shakers, guitar, and shamanic drum will help us fully relax, allowing our perceptual abilities and subconscious to awaken in the cool autumn forest.
No matter where we come from or whether you have any prior experience in hypnosis, you can approach it from a new perspective. Together, we can enjoy a journey through the subconscious, and discover a deeper connection with the essence of who we are.

During the start of summer, gather with the community in the north coast of Taiwan, while exploring peace in nature and immerse in the lush greenery and shimmering waves, we’ll discuss Human Design through different practices.
Gently open up the five senses and perfectly welcome the time of self-exploration in the afternoon. Using the Human Design System as a map, let us rediscover the power of self, and rebuild our relationship with ourselves.
At the end of the day, we will stroll on the warm sandy beach with the silky waves, letting the light of the sunset flow naturally with our breath and body, refreshing our body and mind. And Lastly, bring this beauty back to our daily lives.
