This time, give yourself a moment of warmth and return to tranquility in southern Taiwan.
In this journey, follow the gentle yet firm footsteps of the guide, and get to know the art of 'quieting the mind' in different ways. Engage in afternoon Zen walks, experience the flow of body movements, and observe the sunrise and sunset. In silence, allow yourself to be guided by a sense of peace. Practice expressing yourself silently, letting the body gently release tension, and return to a state of ease.
Before concluding the silent journey, we would imagine returning to a state where we first learned to speak like an infant. Relearn the art of voicing your feelings, and experience the deep collaboration between sound and the body.

Living in the modern society, we can't avoid daily communication and conversations. Often, as we step out the door, we choose to put on our masks and avoid many voices that echo in our minds. Over time, we gradually forget the pure warmth that comes from person-to-person interaction, and we even forget to preserve moments of solitude and quietness.

We invite you to create a tranquil space while you reject the external sounds. Here, there's no language, no interruption, nor names—just tranquility as your companion.
In this journey, follow the instructor’s guidance and pay attention to your thoughts and heartbeat. Starting from each step you take, practice activating your senses. Through guided meditation, express gratitude to your body. In moments of meditation and stillness, reconnect with and reconcile that long-lost version of "yourself."

Mind and Body Reset : Reiki Healing and Meditation

There are times when we create a conversation only because we feel like we “have to”. Living in a world full of noise, a silent retreat that includes not only daily meditation, but also Art Expression, Five Senses Exploration, and Mantra for Joy and Peace can bring us a deep and authentic self transformation simply by giving ourselves some “me-time”.
Waking up early in the morning in a silent little village, we’ll experience some yoga sessions to start off the day. In the afternoon, simply immerse ourselves in peace, find balance of our lives and regain the connection with our mind and body. At night, enjoy the best vegetarian menu packed with seasonal ingredients. Don’t worry, the food is crazy delicious and amazing.
Just before the retreat ends, we’ll join a Sharing Circle, where we can share our experiences and questions throughout the journey, and remember, we’re always here listening, without judgment and criticisms.

Unplugged Moments: A Timeless Couple Retreat

This Mid-Autumn Festival holiday is the perfect time to reunite with your significant other. Soul Barn creates an offline space where you can enjoy the tranquility and connection exclusive to the two of you.
In a serene, private, and comfortable house by the peaceful North Coast, we will fully focus on each other. Through regulated breathing exercises, we will experience the power of deep relaxation and emotional tranquility.
After harmonizing our breath, we will practice sharing emotions and perceptions with each other in an unrestricted conversation space, where we can open our hearts and freely share our experiences. With mutual support and guided touch, we help each other achieve complete relaxation in our bodies, injecting new vitality into our relationship.
As night falls, we gather in a circle with companions from various places and share our experiences with our partners.
By immersing ourselves and our cherished ones in the retreat, profound rejuvenation has taken place. The transformations experienced in our lives become delightful surprises for all involved.
