Category: Inspire & Connect

* Inspire & Connect provide retreats that help us pursue inner happiness, peace, freedom, and personal growth through wellness group activities. Here in a safe space, together we discuss ideas without judgment, and share stories we've never told a soul.

Everyone needs a little “me” time wherever you are in this world.

Let go of all the pressure and workload that is on your mind, and allow yourself a time only for yourself this winter.

Appreciate yourself for coming such a long way. Here at our winter retreat, we allow you to finally let go of the weights on your shoulders and relax yourself.

In this retreat, there will be hot wine along with a heart warming movie. People will gather together and share about the events in their life, and for a moment, everyone slowly forgets about the worries they had on their mind.

Tonight, we are no longer any labels we had to put on ourselves in our everyday life. Here at Soul Barn, everyone is an individual soul that we accept and appreciate.

Thank you to these souls that lighten up our winter nights.

What To Expect

Put down the phones together and communicate with the world attentively. Please do not disturb the environment, do not litter, do not maliciously attack others. Wear your most comfortable clothes and bring environmentally friendly tableware. Stay weird and stay unique.

Full schedule will be provided after booking is confirmed.

Mandala Instructor: Coco

“Two of my worlds have recently come together in unexpected ways: my art and my yoga practice. My art is inspired by my reverence for nature and my admiration of the unique emotions that make us human. The focal points of my work feature the exploration of joy, grief, uncertainty, gratification and the search for meaning.

I urge my audience to reflect. I encourage them to become aware of their body, connect to their innermost feelings, and contemplate their identity within the community. I incorporate cultural and spiritual motifs in some of my work such as the ongoing Mandala series. I create art in the hopes of inspiring viewers to be the most authentic version of themselves, and to live their life with creativity.”

Mandala (Sanskrit: circle) art is an abstract design that is usually circular in form. Generally, we start drawing Mandala from the center point by using any shapes, forms or symbols we desire. In essence, mandalas represent the connection between our inner worlds and outer reality. We can design a mandala to symbolize a state of mind that we are currently in. They are great tools for meditation and increasing self-awareness. Cultures around the world use mandalas in their spiritual practices such as Tibetan Buddhism and Hinduism.
