Do you often find yourself held back by the procrastination habits that hinder you from reaching your goals and pursuing your aspirations, leaving you feeling powerless each time?
Do you make a daily commitment to wake up and exercise in the morning, yet often find yourself coming up short?
Does your weight loss plan keep getting postponed...?
Our lives are influenced by a mix of both good and bad habits, each shaping different parts of our identity. We try to change some of these habits, but it's hard to find the right way to do it. Occasionally, we feel lost and helpless amidst these habits, carrying their weight as we continue our journey.
Much like how being worried can sometimes cause stomach aches, habits are the subconscious reflections that come from our inner selves. During this retreat, we'll understand how to make our minds and brains work together, and learn how to use our inner thoughts to make and change habits.
We'll explore our inner thoughts more deeply and practice the skill of getting rid of old habits by teaming up with our inner thoughts to swap out old habits for the power of positive change.
As our journey comes to an end, this transformative experience for spiritual well-being doesn't end here. In our group, we'll continue practicing being aware and changing ourselves. Together, we'll nurture a supportive community dedicated to ongoing growth and positive change.
What To Expect

The Structures of Spiritual Health: Neo
In this retreat, Neo will guide us step-by-step to understand how our thoughts affect what we do. We'll practice what we learn and make spiritual well-being a natural part of our everyday life.
"As we learn how energy moves, we can let it flow and stay calm."
Neo is a certified hypnotherapist and a master practitioner and trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, who has also practiced countless energy and healing modalities from Reiki, Seichim Sekhem, Theta healing, Swedish and acupressure massage, emotional freedom technique, kinesiology, pendulum clearing, astrology, tarot, and aura healing.
With an intense passion, Neo leads us to understand ourselves better: how actions, reactions, and habits in life are closely tied to "spiritual well-being" and the "subconscious."
Drawing from the experiences of various mind-body-spirit systems, Neo excels in guiding people through different topics, helping them grasp the relationship between the subconscious and actions.
In this retreat, he will fundamentally adjust unsatisfactory behaviors in life, making it effortless and comfortable to take action, and helping us rediscover an appreciation for every choice we make.
