"I’ve always wanted to experience hypnosis, but does that mean someone else will control me?”

On the day of the Mid-Autumn Festival, let’s gather in a cozy cabin in Yangmingshan.

During the three-day retreat, we will explore hypnosis in two different ways, with everything happening under free will. There’s no need to worry about being influenced by others, just focus on letting our consciousness connect with our subconscious.

At the beginning of the journey, we embark on a path of mindfulness, seeking guidance from diverse perspectives. Here, we release rigid definitions and constraints, enabling our hearts to expand and warmly embrace the unknown.

Under the guidance and exploration of hypnosis, we will see our own stories when we open up our inner expansiveness and experience inner peace and joy from the inside out.

Next, through the guidance of chanting, we approach hypnosis in a different way. The healing sounds of the kalimba, Amazon shakers, guitar, and shamanic drum will help us fully relax, allowing our perceptual abilities and subconscious to awaken in the cool autumn forest.

No matter where we come from or whether you have any prior experience in hypnosis, you can approach it from a new perspective. Together, we can enjoy a journey through the subconscious, and discover a deeper connection with the essence of who we are.

A Shamanic Healing Retreat

As we approach the end of summer, let’s join together with the community to unveil the mystery of shamanism. Through a completely different perspective, we experience how shamanism injects healing energy into our daily lives.

Through guided shamanic meditation, we connect with the four elements within our bodies which balances our internal energy and releases tension.

After releasing the mind and body, we will use everyday objects for healing purposes. We use water to balance our left and right brain hemispheres. We use rice to replenish the body's vitality. And last, we use salt to purify the chakras and balance our energy centers.

Next, we follow the guide to deepen our understanding of power animals in Shamanism. After knowing their strengths and wisdom, we will gain new inspiration and insights for our lives.

In the evening, gather around the campfire as we feel our power and engage in deep conversations.

Finally, we come together to enjoy a feast of vegetarian cuisine while exchanging stories with our companions, discussing shamanism and experiencing everyday healing.
