In this retreat, embrace yourself in the beauty of nature and the serenity of art.
Slowly stretch your bodies, while reminding yourself to be mindful of every step. Release the pressure on your eyes through eye yoga, and feel your body back in balance.
Attendees will also analyze their body type, daily habits and oil massage through different ways of Ayurveda.
Recharge yourself and prepare for the beginning of summer.

Ayurveda Instructor: April
In this retreat, April will be leading “Afternoon Mindful Movement Practice”, “The Arts of Healing:Understanding Your Body Type with Ayurveda”, “Self-Discovery through Habit Analysis”and “Morning Mindful Meditation”. Through these sessions, attendees will have a deeper understanding of themselves.

April is a Yoga Alliance registered E-RYT 500 and YACEP instructor in the domain of Ayurveda wellness and Yoga therapy, with over 13 years of yoga experience.
Her Ayurveda journey started with self-healing, where she benefited from Ayurveda to overcome her clinical depression, anxiety and her 15-year cigarette smoking habit.
In autumn of 2022, April flew to India to meet her admirable Ayurveda teacher, Dr. Vasant Lad. It was an eye-opening trip to help her see how ancient Ayurveda could be combined with a modern mindset. This trip encouraged April to continue sharing this beautiful and sacred healing technique to more people.

Eye Yoga Instructor: Marx
Our five senses serve as tools that help us observe our world, with sight serving as the most dominant tool. Through our eyes, we can see and understand our surroundings.
In this retreat, Marx will lead Eye Yoga that helps relax our eyes and adjusts it to a better condition.
Marx has received training with Dr.Amarjith who specialized in Eye Yoga in 2018. In the beginning of the training, Marx’s shortsightedness was 400 degrees and his astigmatism was 225 degrees. After the training, his shortsightedness went down to 150 degrees, and his astigmatism went down to 120 degrees.
Eye Yoga taught Marx to be more mindful of our body and bring it to a stable stage. Once we can control our body, we will be able to enjoy the happiness that follows.

Our space is located only ten minutes away from the ocean, giving us a chance to be very close to nature.
As you walk indoors, you will notice that the rooms are filled with arts and ornaments that light up our surroundings. While you are here, your soul is completely healed by the beauty of the environment.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 14 days or more in advance of the event date will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made between 10 - 13 days of the event will receive a 40% refund. Cancellations made between 3 - 9 days of the event will receive a 10% refund. Cancellations made within 2 days of the event will receive a 5% refund. Cancellations made on the day of the event or during the event are non-refundable unless an emergency occurred and is provided with proof.
However, the booking can be transferred to a different person if you’re unable to attend.
