Through our guided instructor, let’s experience a one-day fast, choosing to give our digestive system a proper rest and help the body restart its repair mechanisms.
In the height of summer, let's gather at our rooftop Soul Barn sanctuary to learn the hidden health secrets within the human body. Together, we'll make juices, warm vegetable soups, and colorful sauerkraut dishes, immersing ourselves in the joy that the flow state of hands-on creation brings. We will gain a deeper understanding of the connection between food and the mind and body.
In a tranquil spot near the city, we'll enjoy the feeling of our feet lightly touching the ground, laying our foundations, and letting the warm sunlight replenish our energy. Feel the soothing sensation of warm blood circulating throughout the body. After a day of this experience, you'll return to your daily life with a lighter body and mind.

Homecoming Urban Retreat: A Magical Sound Healing Journey with Handpan
As summer comes to an end, we would like to invite everyone to gather in a secret and tranquil corner of the city: Members' Club, an exclusive venue for settlement members.
On the rooftop surrounded by plants, the settlement is specially arranged for a surprise for our members.
Together, let's return to our inner tranquility, slow down the pace of our heart beat, immerse ourselves in melodies, and gain the power to embrace ourselves.
Attendees will also have the chance to play the handpan and feel its ethereal power. With our companions by our side, we will enter a state of flowing, and experience the joy of living in the present moment.
