In the midst of our busy lives, we often unintentionally neglect the things we have kept inside for too long, the emotions we have not expressed, and forget to give ourselves a moment of peace and rest.
In a tranquil corner of Yilan, a sanctuary is waiting for you to release the suppressed emotions. With singing and chanting, gently feel the flow of emotions and rediscover positivity.
During this journey, stretch your body and mind through guided meditation and relaxation exercises. With the healing power of sound, such as singing bowls, slowly close your eyes and gently awaken the power of self-healing.
In addition to the calming of your body and mind, create healing dishes with your new friends, and return to your daily life with blessings and smiles.

Kundalini and Guided Meditation Instructor : Omar
During this journey, Omar will guide us in "Afternoon Relaxation and Stretching: Awakening Awareness" and "Guided Meditation: Bedtime and Morning Breathing Techniques" to help us feel the power of relaxation between breaths and meditation.
Then, through "Empathic Sound Flow: Awakening Inner Power" and "Kundalini and Morning Chanting: Returning to Self," Omar will lead us in chanting to release accumulated emotions and stress.
"I love to see people become stronger and believe in themselves more! Trusting your heart, intuition, and inspiration is what I've been practicing all along." Omar is warm and influential, skilled in using a friendly approach to instruct.
Through years of spiritual learning, Omar integrates different techniques such as meditation, breathing techniques, yoga, Reiki, flower essence, etc. to help people explore and live out their true self.
In Sanskrit, Gu means darkness, Ru means light, and Guru refers to people or things that lead us from darkness to light. Omar aspires to become a Guru for others, thereby inspiring people to become Gurus for more people.

Sound Healing Instructor : Aneel & Miya
During this retreat, Miya and Aneel will guide us through sound Healing to help us feel the impact of sound frequencies on our bodies. Through chakra purification and self-healing, we will be able to gain strength after purification.
Miya will then lead Sound Healing Instrument Jam and Chanting with Singing Bowl that helps us feel relaxed through the sound of the instruments and chant.
Aneel Kumar Thapa is a sound healing instructor who had a nutrition background from Canada. Aneel learns and communicates with sound healing instructors from different cultural backgrounds and American natural medicine experts. His enthusiasm for sound healing led him to making lots of friends in the sound healing groups, who then invited him to promote sound healing lessons and train teachers in Taiwan and overseas.
Aneel Kumar Thapa gained a lot of clinical and teaching experience that helps people deal with their mental health and emotions. Through this, Aneel’s wish is being able to introduce sound healing into people’s everyday life.
Miya has been in the field of children’s bilingual education for sixteen years. Because she followed Aneel around the world to promote sound healing, Miya also devoted herself to the field. With the help of other sound healing instructors, Miya and Aneel were able to combine what they’ve learned and really embrace it in their lives.

In 2017, a deserted corner began its transformation into an inspiring and healing space. Embraced by gentle greenery, this wooden sanctuary offers a place to rest and recharge both body and mind.
With a vast glass window overlooking a clear pond and lush trees, the space is constructed with sustainable materials and thoughtfully designed to harmonize with its natural surroundings.
As we inhale deeply, stress and worries begin to fade away, replaced by a sense of tranquility infused by the earth and nature.

In this retreat, Soul Barn Private Chef will cook vegan meals that aim to break people’s stereotypes on vegan food through the ingredients and cooking method.
For this retreat, only whole-food ingredients are used because at Soul Barn, we want to provide a healthy and balanced diet for everyone.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 14 days or more in advance of the event date will receive a 100% refund.
Cancellations made between 2 - 13 days of the event will receive a 70% refund.
Cancellations made within 2 days of the event will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made on the day of the event or during the event are non-refundable unless an emergency occurred and is provided with proof.
However, the booking can be transferred to a different person if you’re unable to attend.
