The natural oak tree cork is from cladoptosis, the natural shedding of the tree bark
The natural cork is gentle to the touch and has a light woody musk, emulating the forest environment

Cleaning and Care
Because the yoga block is made of natural wood, there will be some saw dust in the package. Normal darkening of color or oxidation may occur after use.
Soak the yoga block in water, clean with detergent, and air dry in the sun to remove oxidation and freshen the woody musk aroma.
Avoid scrubbing with brush or using sharp objects.

Additionally, for your convenience, if you have already registered for a retreat, you have the option to collect the item directly from the event venue too!

Please proceed with the payment at your earliest convenience no later than 3 days after you receive our bank account information. Without receiving your payment, the booking system will cancel your reservation automatically. Reservations are taken on a first come first serve basis, and they do get sold up really quickly.

Return Policy
Soul Barn will provide a 7-day grace period for all products sold on the official Soul Barn website. Please contact official LINE @soulbarn if returns are needed. For more information, please see shop policy.
After your return request has been received, Soul Barn will notify you of the return procedure and begin inspection of the returned product.
After the return has been approved, Soul Barn will confirm the refund details with you.

Due to hygiene purposes, products are not liable for returns if the packaging has been opened, except for the outer cardboard packaging.
As of now, returns and exchanges are only available for defective products or wrong shipments.
