*Please note that this is an adult-exclusive retreat available to people 18 years of age and older.

Spring is a season where everything restarts and renews, as we see the plants and flowers start to bloom around us, our inner self also starts to change. Allow yourself to observe the changing environment with all your senses. See the flowers blossom, smell the moisture of the leaves, and feel the warmth of the sun shining upon you. Let yourself be a part of this wonderful season.

What To Expect

Put down the phones together and communicate with the world attentively. Please do not disturb the environment, do not litter, do not maliciously attack others. Wear your most comfortable clothes and bring environmentally friendly tableware. Stay weird and stay unique.

Full schedule will be provided after booking is confirmed.

Yoga and Meditative Mandala Instructor: Coco

In this retreat, Coco will be leading Spring Detox Yoga Flow, Botanical Mandala, Morning Meditation, Morning Gentle Flow, and Morning Rituals. This spring, allow yourself to empower your mind and body and reconnect with the sky and earth. As you surround yourself in nature, let the flowers, insects and plants inspire you from inside out.

“Two of my worlds have recently come together in unexpected ways: my art and my yoga practice. My art is inspired by my reverence for nature and my admiration of the unique emotions that make us human. The focal points of my work feature the exploration of joy, grief, uncertainty, gratification and the search for meaning.

I urge my audience to reflect. I encourage them to become aware of their body, connect to their innermost feelings, and contemplate their identity within the community. I incorporate cultural and spiritual motifs in some of my work such as the ongoing Mandala series. I create art in the hopes of inspiring viewers to be the most authentic version of themselves, and to live their life with creativity.”

Mandala (Sanskrit: circle) art is an abstract design that is usually circular in form. Generally, we start drawing Mandala from the center point by using any shapes, forms or symbols we desire. In essence, mandalas represent the connection between our inner worlds and outer reality. We can design a mandala to symbolize a state of mind that we are currently in. They are great tools for meditation and increasing self-awareness. Cultures around the world use mandalas in their spiritual practices such as Tibetan Buddhism and Hinduism.

Reiki Fluid Art Instructor: Dronme

In this journey, Dronme will lead us to feel our senses through the eyes. There are many different colors that make us feel a certain way, and they also reflect what’s in our mind. Listen to the sound of nature, follow your feelings, and find the colors that represent you.

In that moment, you will discover a different side of yourself.

Rosella Dronme, a Reiki practitioner, who was born and raised in Taiwan, started her spiritual journey in 2017. She then finished her three levels of Reiki program in India before becoming a full-time Reiki practitioner in 2019.

Her name “Dronme”, was given by Dalai Lama Temple in Dharamsala, India which means “a light worker for others”. Through Reiki and her fluid art sessions, Dronme promotes the idea of having a conscious lifestyle.

During the process of being a listener in her fluid art session, Dronme seeks to find the knowledge behind every story and help her clients regain their “light”.
