Summer is the season of happiness and freedom. When summer comes, the whole world seems to be healing as well. The sunshine and summer breeze reminds us that it's time for our mind and body to recharge.

In this retreat, you will hear the sounds of birds chirping and the rhythm of singing bowls chiming along.

This summer, feel your body relax as you surround yourself in beautiful melodies.

 

 

What To Expect

Put down your phones together and communicate with the world attentively. Please do not disturb the environment, do not litter, do not maliciously attack others. Wear your most comfortable clothes and bring environmentally friendly tableware. Stay weird and stay unique.

Meditation Instructor: Rob

In this session, Rob will be leading Pranayama Meditation which instructs us on how to observe, pay attention to and control our breath. Through the breathing exercises, attendees will be able to calm their minds and bodies to let go of the stress and tension in their lives. 

Rob will also lead Movement Meditation that helps people understand their bodies and how to strengthen them through functional and practical movements. 

Rob has been a certified movement teacher for twenty years and uses yoga, Pilates, strength training, functional movement patterns and Feldenkrais to help people become more symmetrical and balanced while being more mobile. He also helps people discover how to be more in touch with their unconscious and their bodies through in-depth feeling and sensitivity training.  “Slow is smooth, smooth is fast.”. This is Rob's mantra for our retreat.

Sound Healing Instructor: Miya & Aneel

In this retreat, Aneel & Miya will share with us how sound healing can affect our body. We will have a chance to learn about the knowledge and tips of sound healing that can be brought back into our daily lives. Aneel will be leading Intentional Chakra Cleanse, Have a Bowl Workshop and Unwind Sound Bath that cleanse our body with the vibration of sounds. 

Miya will then lead Sound Healing Instrument Jam and Chanting with Singing Bowl that helps us feel relaxed through the sound of the instruments and chant. 

Aneel Kumar Thapa is a sound healing instructor who had a nutrition background from Canada. Aneel learns and communicates with sound healing instructors from different cultural backgrounds and American natural medicine experts.  His enthusiasm for sound healing led him to making lots of friends in the sound healing groups, who then invited him to promote sound healing lessons and train teachers in Taiwan and overseas.  

Aneel Kumar Thapa gained a lot of clinical and teaching experience that helps people deal with their mental health and emotions. Through this, Aneel’s wish is being able to introduce sound healing into people’s everyday life. 

Miya has been in the field of children’s bilingual education for sixteen years. Because she followed Aneel around the world to promote sound healing, Miya also devoted herself to the field. With the help of other sound healing instructors, Miya and Aneel were able to combine what they’ve learned and really embrace it in their lives.

Penny has always been someone who devotes herself to things she love. For example, her passion towards Astrology, Chakra Cards Readings and Singing Bowl healings. Cancellation Policy 

Cancellations made 14 days or more in advance of the event date will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made between 10 - 13 days of the event will receive a 40% refund. Cancellations made between 3 - 9 days of the event will receive a 10% refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours are non-refundable unless there’s an emergency. However, the booking can be transferred to a different person if you’re unable to attend.

If cancellation is needed due to the pandemic.

Announced Level Three: Event will be canceled and there will be a full refund.

Announced Level two: Event will continue and there will be partial refund. We will also follow the following procedure according to the government:

  1. Wear masks indoor at all times

  2. Masks can be neglected on occasions like “eating and drinking”.

  3. Record temperature, sanitize and manage STAFF’s health condition.
