Category: Inspire and Connect

* Inspire & Connect provide retreats that help us pursue inner happiness, peace, freedom, and personal growth through wellness group activities. Here in a safe space, together we discuss ideas without judgment, and share stories we've never told a soul.

*Please note that this is an adult-exclusive retreat available to 18-year-old and over.

Friedrich Wilhelm Nietzsche once said, “The tree that would grow to heaven must send its roots to hell.”

In this society, we are too used to hiding our emotions, that leaves people with no place to express.

Soul Barn is designed as a safe space for people to regain a balanced life. Through various sessions including meditation, sound healing and sharing circles, we slowly find peace with our mind and body.

As the sound of the singing bowl vibrates in our body, it cleans our emotions and chakras, which strengthen our body, mind and soul.

In this retreat, let’s dance with the rhythm of nature.

What To Expect

Put down the phones together and communicate with the world attentively. Please do not disturb the environment, do not litter, do not maliciously attack others. Wear your most comfortable clothes and bring environmentally friendly tableware. Stay weird and stay unique.

Full schedule will be provided after booking is confirmed.

Sound Healing: Aneel Kumar Thapa & Miya

Aneel & Miya will be sharing all they know about Sound Healing. Through feeling the texture and listening to the vibration, attendees will have a chance to really get to experience Sound Healing.

Aneel Kumar Thapa is a sound healing instructor who had a nutrition background from Canada. Aneel Kumar Thapa gained a lot of clinical and teaching experience that helps people deal with their mental health and emotions. Through this, Aneel’s wish is being able to introduce sound healing into people’s everyday life.

Miya has been in the field of children’s bilingual education for sixteen years. Because she followed Aneel around the world to promote sound healing, Miya also devoted herself to the field. With the help of other sound healing instructors, Miya and Aneel were able to combine what they’ve learned and really embrace it in their lives.

Sharing Circle: Kai

“After suffering from depression and experiencing what it’s like to be so close to death, I understood the true meaning of life.”

Kai once was on the path of becoming a pianist, but after realizing that’s not what he wanted, he dived into the field of Chinese Medicine. This journey was not an easy path, but an adventurous novel that goes through multiple obstacles and finally reaching peace.

Kai now focuses on combining wellness to nutrition, physical training and the growth of mind to help people reach balance.

At Soul Barn, we aim for a healthy and balanced diet.

Sometimes, we create meals together, and sometimes we prepare delicious plant-based foods. We try our best to design the best recipe just for our group and change the menu time over time. This is a great opportunity to explore more new healthy recipes that are easy to prepare in daily life.
