As this year comes to a close, let’s return to our home, not to feel disappointed, but instead to experience new "connections." Just like establishing external connections, this will allow our hearts to be more open to accepting new things in life. Let’s look forward to the coming year with peace and gratitude.
Starting the journey with meditation to calm the mind, letting chaotic thoughts settle. Then, through free writing, we avoid overly criticizing the past, while writing fresh notes for the future.
With open hearts, we create different connections with our companions - we release repressed emotions and rediscover our true selves. We experience touch that heals inner wounds; and through eye contact, we feel the purest connection between people.
Before dinner, we conclude with dynamic meditation, a guided practice different from static meditation. Together, we attempt a new experience of self-awareness, embarking on a journey to explore the balance of body and mind.
As night falls, candles are lit, and the aroma of red wine and fruit fills the air. With mulled wine and a warm dinner to nourish the body and soul, we openly share new plans for the coming year with our companions, and accept the most sincere blessings from each other. With gratitude and love, we bring this year to a beautiful and fulfilling close.

After harmonizing our breath, we will practice sharing emotions and perceptions with each other in an unrestricted conversation space, where we can open our hearts and freely share our experiences. With mutual support and guided touch, we help each other achieve complete relaxation in our bodies, injecting new vitality into our relationship.
As night falls, we gather in a circle with companions from various places and share our experiences with our partners.
By immersing ourselves and our cherished ones in the retreat, profound rejuvenation has taken place. The transformations experienced in our lives become delightful surprises for all involved.

Many times, our appearance reflects our mind, thoughts, diet, and lifestyle. In the exploration of the mind and body, how can we understand ourselves from the inside out and make positive changes from within?
During the two-day experience, try to explore everything with a non-judgmental and curious heart. Through the guidance of Reiki healing, you will learn to balance and cleanse your own energy and chakras, bringing your thoughts back to the present.
After calibrating your emotions, focus on understanding intuitive eating, reestablishing a healthy relationship between food and body, and letting go of labels imposed by our society. Then, engage in culinary lessons that allow you to experience the healing power of "eating" and savoring the peace that food brings.
At the end of the journey, enjoy yourself in the forest with your companions, close your eyes amidst the autumn trees, and feel the healing brought by nature and Reiki.
Through this journey, we hope to cultivate a strong, evergreen, and cheerful heart.

Delving into the Subconscious:Group Hypnosis and Immersive Sound Journey

On the day of the Mid-Autumn Festival, let’s gather in a cozy cabin in Yangmingshan.
During the three-day retreat, we will explore hypnosis in two different ways, with everything happening under free will. There’s no need to worry about being influenced by others, just focus on letting our consciousness connect with our subconscious.
At the beginning of the journey, we embark on a path of mindfulness, seeking guidance from diverse perspectives. Here, we release rigid definitions and constraints, enabling our hearts to expand and warmly embrace the unknown.
Under the guidance and exploration of hypnosis, we will see our own stories when we open up our inner expansiveness and experience inner peace and joy from the inside out.
Next, through the guidance of chanting, we approach hypnosis in a different way. The healing sounds of the kalimba, Amazon shakers, guitar, and shamanic drum will help us fully relax, allowing our perceptual abilities and subconscious to awaken in the cool autumn forest.
No matter where we come from or whether you have any prior experience in hypnosis, you can approach it from a new perspective. Together, we can enjoy a journey through the subconscious, and discover a deeper connection with the essence of who we are.
