Many times, our appearance reflects our mind, thoughts, diet, and lifestyle. In the exploration of the mind and body, how can we understand ourselves from the inside out and make positive changes from within?
During the two-day experience, try to explore everything with a non-judgmental and curious heart. Through the guidance of Reiki healing, you will learn to balance and cleanse your own energy and chakras, bringing your thoughts back to the present.
After calibrating your emotions, focus on understanding intuitive eating, reestablishing a healthy relationship between food and body, and letting go of labels imposed by our society. Then, engage in culinary lessons that allow you to experience the healing power of "eating" and savoring the peace that food brings.
At the end of the journey, enjoy yourself in the forest with your companions, close your eyes amidst the autumn trees, and feel the healing brought by nature and Reiki.
Through this journey, we hope to cultivate a strong, evergreen, and cheerful heart.

Intuitive Eating: Cindy
In this retreat, Cindy will lead us on intuitive eating and teaching us how to distinguish the real definition of health from society's standards. You will learn to accept your body in different stages of life while finding a balance.

Cindy, who is a Mindful Nutritionist, has spent 12 years in New York where she has attended over hundreds of seminars related to health.
Although she is very knowledgeable in her field, she has suffered from an eating disorder for seven years due to her surroundings.
Having experienced an eating disorder prompted her to pursue the field of mindful diet. Cindy believes that every food can support us in different ways, and people shouldn’t restrict themselves in the idea of fasting and being slim.

Reiki Healing: Rita
In this retreat, Rita will share her passion for Reiki and how to utilize Reiki in our daily lives to help us relax.
Rita first acknowledged Chinese Medicine in Israel while serving as a Chinese Medicine assistance. In 2016, she came to Taiwan to study masters in Chinese Art History, leading her to the decision of staying in this beautiful island ever since.
She has practiced Qigong for ten years while she was in Israel, discovered her passion for Reiki, rune symbology and homeopath, and will continuously share her knowledge of the Eastern and Western cultures.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 14 days or more in advance of the event date will receive a 100% refund.
Cancellations made between 2 - 13 days of the event will receive a 70% refund.
Cancellations made within 2 days of the event will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made on the day of the event or during the event are non-refundable unless an emergency occurred and is provided with proof.
However, the booking can be transferred to a different person if you’re unable to attend.
